Abstract

The quality of education in a country is a picture of the civilization of life of the people
in that country. Indonesia in terms of quality of education ranks 102 out of 174 countries in the
world according to Unesco in 2000 in the index ranking (Human Development Index). There
are several factors that cause the quality of education in Indonesia is still low. Among them
are the factors of teacher quality and curriculum. Spirituality A Christian teacher is someone
who already believes in Jesus, is born again and has a personal experience of faith. The
spiritual that needs to be ignited is the spirituality that is getting more mature and growing
towards the spirituality of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible-based curriculum is a curriculum
that is sourced from the Bible. The main source of the curriculum for each subject is trying to
form a worldview.
